Product description

This series of products is made of saturated polyester resin and isocyanate curing agent as the main base material.

Product characteristics

Application areas

Suitable for coating of various products exposed outdoors for a long time: such as household appliances, architectural aluminum profiles, transportation facilities, stadium facilities, courtyard facilities, etc.

Transportation packaging

Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of 20kg per box. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and contact with chemicals.

Health and safety

Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust, and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

Powder properties

Specific gravity	1.41.8g/cm (depending on the formula and color)
Particle size	Depending on the purpose, the standard type has an average particle size of 3540 microns, less than 10 microns of powder <10%, more than 100 microns of powder <0.5%.
Storage stability	Polyurethane powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 30C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must not be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for more than 12 months. If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.

The above coating performance indicators may decrease slightly as the gloss decreases.
Spraying	This series of products are suitable for the following spraying methods: corona electrostatic spraying; friction electrostatic spraying; electrostatic fluidized bed spraying; fluidized bed hot dip coating.
Coating thickness: Use between 40150 microns, recommended film thickness is 5080 microns. Average coverage: 1012 square meters/kg, film thickness 60 microns (calculated based on 100% usage rate)
Curing conditions	200/15 minutes is recommended, and it can also be designed according to user needs.
