Transportation Packaging

Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box is 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and chemical substances.

Hygiene and safety

Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

Powder properties

Specific gravity	1.21.8g/cm (depending on the formulation and color)
Particle size	Depending on the purpose, the standard type has an average particle size of 3540 microns, less than 10 microns powder <10%, and greater than 100 microns powder <0.5%.
Storage stability	Bonding metal powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 6 months. If it exceeds the period, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used. Note: For low-temperature curing types and powders with light below 40% (60), the storage temperature should be below 30C.

The above coating performance indicators may decrease slightly as the gloss decreases.
Spraying	This series of products are suitable for the following spraying methods: corona electrostatic spraying; friction electrostatic spraying; electrostatic fluidized bed spraying; fluidized bed hot dip coating.
Coating thickness: Use between 40150 microns, recommended film thickness is 5080 microns.
Curing conditions	200/10 minutes is recommended, and it can also be designed according to user needs.
